Passive welding helmet, fixed shade 11

Classic flip-front welding helmet with a fixed shade 11 glass lens.

A traditional welding helmet with a fixed shade 11 filter glass behind a clear cover lens, in a flip-front visor that lifts for chipping slag without removing the helmet. Lightweight pressed-fibre shell that shrugs off spatter and radiant heat, ratchet headgear. No electronics and no batteries, which many field construction welders prefer. The standard 110 × 90 mm lens takes replacements from any supplier.
