Terms and conditions

These terms govern your use of the Armexia store at armexia.com and your purchases from it. By using the store or placing an order you accept them. They are read together with our Privacy policy, Returns and exchanges policy and Shipping and delivery policy.

Who we are

Accounts

• You can browse without an account; an account is needed to place and follow an order
• Individual accounts register with a Saudi mobile number, verified by a one-time code
• Company accounts require a valid commercial registration, plus the VAT number and VAT certificate if the business is VAT-registered; company features are enabled only once the documents are approved
• Enterprise accounts require a letter of authorisation, and deferred payment is subject to a credit limit approved by our finance team
• You are responsible for the accuracy of your details, for keeping your password secret and for everything done through your account. We may suspend an account where the details or documents provided are incorrect

Products and information

We take care that descriptions, specifications and certificates are accurate. Images are illustrative and may differ slightly from the actual product. Technical documents are provided as issued by the manufacturers. Choosing the right protective equipment for the hazard on site, and using it according to the manufacturer's instructions, is the responsibility of the user and their employer; we are glad to give you the information that helps you do so.

Prices and VAT

Prices are in Saudi riyals and include 15% VAT unless stated otherwise. Shipping is shown separately before you pay. The price that applies is the one shown when the order is confirmed. If a clear error in price or availability appears, we will tell you and let you choose between completing the order at the correct price or cancelling it with a full refund.

Quotations

Some products are sold by quotation only. The quotation we send sets out prices, quantities, payment terms, delivery time and an expiry date, which is seven days unless the quotation says otherwise, and we hold the quoted quantity for you until it expires. Accepting a quotation before it expires turns it into a binding order; after it expires, a new request is needed.

On-demand supply

Products offered on demand are sourced specifically for you after your order is confirmed, and the expected lead time is shown before you confirm. The lead time is an estimate. If supply runs later, we will tell you, and you may either wait or cancel with a full refund. A confirmed on-demand order cannot be cancelled simply because you changed your mind.

Orders and payment

An order is confirmed once payment succeeds, once a bank transfer is approved, or within the credit limit for enterprise customers. Available payment methods:

• mada, Visa and Mastercard
• Apple Pay on supported devices, and STC Pay
• Tabby and Tamara instalments, under the provider's terms and its own eligibility check
• Bank transfer for company accounts; proof of transfer must be uploaded within 48 hours or the order is cancelled automatically
• Deferred payment for approved enterprise customers, on the terms stated on the invoice
• Cash on delivery where enabled, within the cities and order values shown at checkout

We do not store your full card details; payments are processed by licensed payment gateways.

Cancelling an order

You can cancel an order before it ships, from the order page or by contacting us, and we refund everything you paid to the original payment method. This does not apply to on-demand orders once confirmed. After shipping, the order is handled under our Returns and exchanges policy.

Invoices

A tax e-invoice that meets ZATCA requirements is issued as soon as the order is confirmed, and shows your purchase order number if you entered one. Any refund is documented by a credit note linked to the original invoice. Invoices can be downloaded from your account.

Shipping and returns

Delivery times and costs follow our Shipping and delivery policy; returns, exchanges and refunds follow our Returns and exchanges policy. Neither limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

Notifications

We send order, payment, shipping and return updates by SMS, email and WhatsApp as part of fulfilling your order. Marketing messages are sent only with your consent.

Reviews and content

You can review products you have bought and edit your review within seven days of posting it. Abusive, misleading or promotional content is not allowed and may be removed.

Acceptable use

You may not use the store for any unlawful purpose, attempt unauthorised access to its systems, scrape its data automatically, or republish its content without permission.

Intellectual property

The store's design, text and logo belong to us; product brands belong to their owners.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect loss, for misuse of a product or its use for a purpose it was not designed for, or for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control. Nothing here limits any right that cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms and will publish the updated version on this page; it applies to orders placed after publication. These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including the E-Commerce Law and its Implementing Regulations, and the competent courts of the Kingdom have jurisdiction over any dispute.
