Absorbent Rolls
Absorbent Rolls are extended-form absorbent media rolled out across the floor to continuously cover long aisles or wide areas. They differ from pads by their continuous length that allows uniform coverage and cutting to the length suitable for the site. Essential in industrial aisles, long maintenance-station floors, and beneath extended production lines.

About this category
Absorbent rolls solve a different coverage problem for absorbent media. The design: a continuous strip of absorbent fiber of defined width, wound on a cardboard or plastic core, with cross-perforation that eases cutting into shorter sections. Types: oil-only rolls (fuel docks, loader platforms), chemical rolls (chemical processing facilities), universal rolls (maintenance-shop floors), rolls with an impermeable backing (prevent liquid from reaching the floor), and rolls with a reinforced top layer (support foot and cart traffic). Uses: aisles between machines in plants, perimeters of filling lines, under liquid-transfer piping, truck-parking and fuel-station floors, beneath transformer bunds, and large-workshop service bays. A substantive difference from pads: rolls cover extended areas with visual uniformity and reduce reliance on manual placement but call for upfront planning of the length needed. Width and layer construction are chosen for the environment and the expected foot and cart traffic from the product documentation before ordering. Store rolls on horizontal racks to prevent core deformation, and check packaging integrity before deployment to ensure a quick response when needed.
