Overview

The PERF Y-Shield MAXXTRA is a Pinlock type safety helmet that gives you EN 397 head protection with an HDPE shell and an adjustment system that fits head sizes from 52 to 62 cm.

Shell: the HDPE shell is lightweight and strong and absorbs shock.
Accessory slots: universal slots on both sides let you mount accessories such as ear defenders or a welding mask, and the shell has provision for chin strap fastenings.
Fast adjustment: the manual 3D press-body adjustment works in a single hand movement: as you pull the terminal it forms a ratchet that locks at your head size and tightness. The housing is high-impact polycarbonate, with angled headband terminals.
Harness comfort: wide-point support spreads the load and absorbs impact, with strong 25 mm plastic webbing and comfort pads.
Durability: it withstands temperatures down to -20 °C, artificial ageing tests give durability up to 5 years, and accessories and spare parts are tested as per OEM.
Company branding: branding areas on the sides or front take your company logo.
Colours and packing: blue, green, white, yellow or red, packed 32 pieces per carton.
