The 3M SecureFit H-802SFR-UV is a yellow full-brim hard hat with an HDPE shell and a 4-point ratchet suspension.

Suspension: the patented Pressure Diffusion Technology sits low on your head to reduce pressure.
Self-adjusting fit: as you tighten the ratchet, the suspension self-adjusts to your head.
